Terms of Wales
Welcome to Wales Vehicle Hire Services. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of our website carhirewales.co.uk and our vehicle rental services. By using our services
1. Tenancy Agreement (Wales)
All vehicle hires in Wales are governed by a written Rental Agreement issued with your booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. That agreement sets out the specific terms, conditions, insurance information, charges, and your obligations for the individual hire. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will take precedence.

Any new damage discovered after return will be assessed and charged in line with the charges set out in the agreement.
